MULTI-DWELLING PROGRAM

The objective of the project is to develop a comprehensive proposal for an apartment complex in East Farmingdale, NY, including multi-unit dwelling designs, site planning, and architectural drawings. The project must accommodate 84 apartment units of various sizes, ranging from micro-apartments to three-bedroom units, while also incorporating essential facilities like laundry, storage, and mechanical rooms. Additionally, a 2,500-square-foot community building must be designed for tenant use. The project emphasizes transit-oriented, multi-family residential development, with a focus on efficient space utilization, accessibility, and social interaction.
