SEASON TIMING

The objective of the project is to design a detached house using two sets of "Rules of Thumb"—architectural patterns and technical design principles. The house will have a maximum size of 1,600 square feet and must include essential living spaces such as a living room, cooking and dining area, two bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms. The design should respond to specific architectural patterns and construction guidelines to create a well-structured and functional residence. Creativity, originality, and strong technical detailing are encouraged, with a focus on achieving a human-centered, well-integrated living space.
